Notice to Absent Police Personnel to Report for Duty
Nepal Government, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, (Inspector General Secretariat, Law Division).
As per Rule 115(2) of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071, the following police personnel have been absent from duty without authorization since the mentioned date. Despite repeated attempts to locate them and public notice postings, they have not contacted their respective offices.
Final Reporting Deadline
These personnel are required to report to the office that issued the notice or to their own office within seven (7) days excluding travel time from the date of this notice. They must submit a satisfactory written explanation for their absence.
Failure to comply will lead to dismissal from service under Rule 113(1)(c) and Rule 109(2)(k)(1) of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071. This collective notice serves as a final opportunity to provide clarification as per Schedule 14, Part 4 of the Regulation.
