TU Exam Office Urgent Notice on Student Portal
Tribhuvan University, the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, has published a very urgent notice stating that students must personally fill the online services operated through the “STUDENT PORTAL.” A provision has been arranged for students to submit five types of services themselves through student.exam.tu.edu.np.
According to the notice, the online services operated by the office include Student Registration, Transcript/Provisional, Retotaling, Exam Form, and Convocation. For Student Registration, the campus must first create the Student ID. For Transcript/Provisional, students must upload all mark sheets and the registration card in PDF format.
It is stated that applications for Retotaling must be submitted within 15 days of the result being published, and that only students with “2023 Registration” or later are eligible for the Exam Form. For Convocation, students must log in through Convocation services.

Benefits When Students Fill the Online Form Themselves

Students can fill the form from any place without having to stand in line.

When students fill the Registration themselves, details such as name, address, date of birth, and others are less likely to be incorrect.

If students complete the Registration Entry themselves, they can use the same user ID in the future for exam forms, retotaling, transcript/provisional, convocation, and other services.

When students fill the exam form or retotaling form themselves, the possibility of selecting the wrong subject is reduced.

Students can apply at the same time for Transcript and Provisional.
