Urgent Notice of Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu

Since the 46th Convocation Ceremony of Tribhuvan University will be held on Monday 6th Poush 2077 BS under the chairmanship of the Chancellor of the University and Hon'ble Prime Minister at the premises of TU Examination Control Office, Balkhu; Since the teachers/staff working here have to be involved in the graduation process for the preparation of the program as it is difficult to conduct other regular services; Due to the closure of regular services being provided by this office from Sunday 5th Poush 2077 to Tuesday 7th Poush 2077; The Examination Control Office expresses its sorrow for the inconvenience caused to the service recipients.

Note:

A) Because of the global outbreak of Covid-19, which may increase the risk of infection, not all TU graduates will be able to attend the event; Students from all levels and faculties, and from the Institute of Studies who have filled up the online form to participate in the graduation ceremony will be able to obtain their certificates from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on 7th 2077 Poush by maintaining health standards and social distance from the designated counters in the premises of this office.

B) The students who have been exempted from getting the certificate on 7th Poush 2077, are also informed to take back their certificate from the certificate branch of this office from 2077 Poush 8 and to take back the deposit deposited for the gown in case the gown is not taken.
