CTEVT Karnali Publishes Merit List for Pre-Diploma and Diploma
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Karnali Province Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet, Important Notice on Publication of Merit List for Full-Fee Programs (Excluding Health).
As per the notice published by the Examination Control Office, CTEVT, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on 2082/03/22, this Province Office has reviewed the online applications received for full-fee Pre-Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate Level programs (excluding health) under the educational institutions of this province.
In accordance with the “Trainee Selection, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines 2052,” the selection has been made based on the GPA obtained in SLC/SEE and Pre-Diploma results, as well as the grade weightage from community and institutional schools.
Based on the approved program and quota of the concerned institutions, the decision made on 2082/04/26 has resulted in the publication of the merit list of main candidates and alternative candidates, along with the list of rejected applicants, organized by institution. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
Instructions for Selected Main Candidates
Main candidates recommended for admission must enroll in the designated institution by 2082/05/05 within office hours by presenting the following documents:

Application Acceptance Card

Copy of the merit list ranking

Academic qualification certificates
-
Citizenship or birth registration certificate

Original certificate of the targeted category selected

Passport-sized photograph
Admission Process and Verification
The concerned institutions are requested to verify the original certificates and documents submitted by candidates as per the guidelines and this notice before admitting them. This verification must be carried out by the principal of the respective institution.
