Important Notices
1. Certificate Distribution
Students can apply for their Transcript, Migration, and Provisional (TMP) Certificates 15 days after the publication of results if they meet the following conditions:

Grade Increment Examinees: Must secure at least D+ in theory and C in practical/internal assessment.

Old Partial Examinees: Must pass all subjects in the current attempt.
2. Re-totaling of Marks
If you believe there is an error in your grades or marks, you may apply for re-totaling by paying NPR 1,000 per subject.

Applications must be submitted online through the NEB website neb.gov.np under the “Retotaling Old Course Grade 11 (56–76)” section.

The re-totaling window is open from 2082 Ashwin 31 (10:00 AM) to 2082 Kartik 14 (5:00 PM).
3. Correction and Verification
If you find any issue in your result—such as missing grades, subject mismatch, or errors in your name or registration number—you must apply for correction with valid documents within six months from the result publication date.
Applications submitted late or without complete documentation will not be accepted.
If any technical errors are found, NEB will correct them based on the official records of the Examination Control Office.
