
Class 12 Result 2082 Notice from NEB
Government of Nepal, National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published the results of Class 12 regular and partial examinees conducted from 2082 Baisakh 21 to 2082 Jestha 2, based on the decision dated 2082/04/19 of the National Examination Board. Provision for Issuance of Academic Certificates
a. Students who participated in the Class 12 examination under the letter grading system as regular or partial examinees (as per the new curriculum / Registration numbers starting with 78 for General stream, and 79, 80, 81) and obtained:

A minimum of Grade D in each theoretical subject and
-
A minimum of Grade C in practical (internal evaluation) subjects,
can apply for Transcript, Migration, and Provisional (TMP) certificates 15 (fifteen) days after the date of result publication.

For regular examinees, schools must collect the prescribed fee of Rs. 1,100/- and send school representatives to the respective NEB offices to process and collect certificates.

Schools are also informed not to collect more than the specified fee.
b. To apply for academic certificates, students must compulsorily attach certified copies of the gradesheet/ledger for both Class 11 and 12 showing the minimum required grades.
Retotaling Application Procedure
Students unsatisfied with the grade received in any subject can apply for retotaling by paying Rs. 500/- per subject online within the following period:

Procedure for Result Corrections
If any error is found in the published results (such as withheld/absent status, subject mismatch, name, surname, registration number discrepancies, etc.), students are requested to submit an application with required documents to the respective NEB offices or the NEB Head Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur within 6 months from the result publication date.

Applications submitted after the deadline or without proper documentation will not be processed.
Eligibility for Supplementary Examination (Chance Exam)
Students who participated in the Class 12 annual examination held in Baisakh as regular examinees and:

Secured Grade D or above in all subjects in theory, but
-
Received NG (Not Graded) in no more than two subjects, or
-
Were absent in up to two subjects, will be eligible to appear in the supplementary (chance) examination.

Technical Error Clause
If any technical errors are found in the result, corrections will be made based on the original records of the Examination Control Office.
