PSC Revises Nepal Police Written Exam Result
Kathmandu. The Public Service Commission has revised the result of the written examination published under Nepal Police Advertisement No. 01/82-83 (Open and Inclusive).
According to the Commission’s Notice No. 2283/082-83, the group-related details of candidate Anisha Tamang, Roll No. 46583, listed at serial number 87 in the result published through Notice No. 2217/082-83 dated 2083/2/1, have been corrected.
The notice states that candidate Tamang had applied under the Open, Women, and A.J. groups. However, the Lumbini Province Police Training Center, Recruitment Selection Branch, Butwal, Rupandehi, while preparing the approved name list, mistakenly maintained and forwarded her group as Open, Women, and Madhesi.
Earlier, the candidate’s name had been published under the Women and Madhesi groups. After a request for result correction was received through the letter of Nepal Police Headquarters, Human Resource Development Department, Career Development Division, Recruitment Selection Branch, Ref. No. 02/03/02(082/083), Dispatch No. 631, dated 2083/02/07, the Commission made a decision on 2083/02/08.
As per the Commission’s decision, Anisha Tamang’s name has been removed from the Madhesi group and maintained under the Women and Indigenous Nationalities groups.
The notice was published by the Written Examination Result Publication Branch of the Public Service Commission, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, on 2083/2/8.
