SEE 2082 Grade Improvement (Supplementary) Exam Result Published
The National Examinations Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations (Class 10), published the result of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2082 grade improvement (supplementary) examination on Asar 23, 2083. According to Controller of Examinations Tukraj Adhikari, 64.68 percent of examinees passed the supplementary examination. When the results of the regular examination published earlier on Baisakh 28 and this supplementary examination are combined, overall, 85.37 percent of students passed the SEE this year.
With the overall result appearing high, only about 15 percent of students have been prevented from enrolling in Class 11 this year, which is lower compared to previous years. Overall, a total of 430,667 examinees participated in the main and supplementary examinations, of whom 367,683 passed.
Supplementary Exam Result Details
The Board had conducted the supplementary examination from Asar 1 to 9 for examinees who failed the regular examination, or who were placed in the Non-graded category. A total of 146,507 examinees had applied to participate in the examination. Among them, 129,114 examinees participated in the examination, and 83,523 students, or 64.68 percent, passed.
Among the students who participated in the grade improvement examination, the largest number secured a GPA between 2.40 and 2.80. According to the result, the details of students receiving GPA are as follows:

3.60 to 4.00 GPA: 16 students

3.20 to 3.60 GPA: 1,195 students

2.80 to 3.20 GPA: 16,467 students

2.40 to 2.80 GPA: 51,438 students

2.00 to 2.40 GPA: 14,362 students

1.60 to 2.00 GPA: 45 students
How to Check Result and Re-totaling Arrangement
Examinees can view their results and download their grade sheets by using their symbol number and date of birth through the websites of the National Examinations Board and the Examination Control Office, Class 10, as well as through SMS, USSD, and IVR services.
Controller of Examinations Adhikari informed that examinees who are not satisfied with their results can apply online from Asar 25 to 31 for re-totaling, answer sheet viewing, and rechecking.
Continuous Improvement in School-Level Pass Rate
Data shows that the pass rate of school-level students has been increasing in recent times. In the SEE regular examination result published earlier, 65.98 percent of examinees had passed. According to the available data, only 48 percent of examinees passed the SEE in 2080, while 61.81 percent passed in 2081.
As in SEE, continuous improvement has also been seen in the Class 12 result in recent years. Last year, 61.17 percent of students passed Class 12, while this year the pass rate increased to 69.75 percent.
