CTEVT Karnali Pre-Diploma and Diploma Scholarship Merit List
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Karnali Province Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet has published an urgent notice regarding the publication of the merit list for trainees selected under classified (free) scholarships for Pre-Diploma and Diploma/Certificate level programs, excluding health-related programs.
As per the notice published by CTEVT Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on 2082/03/22 and 2082/04/11, online application forms submitted within the deadline for the classified (free) scholarships in Pre-Diploma and Diploma/Certificate level (excluding health programs) have been reviewed. The review was conducted in accordance with the Classified Scholarship Distribution and Admission Guidelines, 2082.
Merit order was determined based on SLC/SEE marks or GPA and whether the applicants studied in community schools, within approved programs’ categories and quotas. Following the decision dated 2082/04/29, the list of main candidates, alternative candidates, and rejected applicants has been published.
Admission Instructions for Selected Candidates

Main candidates recommended for admission must enroll in the designated educational institution by 2082/05/08 within office hours.

Application Acceptance Card

Copy of the merit list

Original academic qualification certificates
-
Citizenship or birth certificate
-
Original certificate of the targeted category (if applicable)

Passport-size photo

Institutional Responsibilities

Educational institutions must verify all original certificates and documents submitted by candidates before admission, based on the Admission Guidelines, 2082, and this notice.

If any submitted documents are found to be forged, admission will be automatically canceled at any time.
Reporting and Deadlines

Candidates who fail to enroll in the designated program by the final admission date must be reported in writing to the CTEVT Karnali Province Office at [email protected] within 3 days, as per Clause 18 of the Admission Guidelines.
