Galyang Municipality of Syangja is giving free study to 221 students. The campuses within the municipality and the very poor, underprivileged, and students studying in class 11 and 12 have started providing free studies by providing full scholarships.
Full scholarships have been provided to 10 percent of target group students studying on campuses within the city and 20 percent of students studying in classes 11 and 12.
The municipality has provided 10,800 rupees as a monthly fee to the underprivileged, poor, and needy students studying on the campus. Rs 3,600 per year has been provided to Class 11 and 12 students at the rate of Rs 300 per month.
Students who have received a full scholarship will get the scholarship again for the previous class only if they pass. He said that because he failed, he will not get this facility in the previous class. The municipality has started this campaign with the aim that no one should be deprived of education due to a lack of finances.
For the educational transformation of the city, this campaign will encourage students to study more. The municipality has provided 12 lakh 69 thousand rupees as scholarships to 221 students.
