Lumbini Province to Provide Scholarship in Science Education for Girls Students of Grades 11 & 12, and Bachelors Level: Lumbini Province is going to provide scholarships to students studying science in classes 11 and 12 in community schools as well as undergraduate level. On Wednesday, Lumbini Economic Affairs and Cooperatives Minister Krishna Dhwaj Khadka unveiled the plan while presenting the budget for the coming fiscal year 2079/080.
This will be further enhanced under the 'Science Education Program for Girls' Access'. Under the program, scholarships will be provided to all students studying in classes 11 and 12 in community schools and science faculty at the undergraduate level.
In addition, it has been stated that the Innovation Center will be established and brought into operation under the educational institutions within the state. The budget also states that scientific conferences and research and invention support programs will be conducted.
