Grant Categories:

1. Regular Grant for Community Campuses:

   • Must complete the Online Data form on ugc.nitc.gov.np:81 prior to application submission. New campuses can retrieve login credentials from the grant determination branch.

   • Mandatorily include National Commercial Bank Account No., Contact No., and campus email.

   • Minimum student criteria:

     • Himalayan district: 50 students
     • Hilly district: 75 students
     • Terai district: 100 students
     • Kathmandu Valley: 125 students

2. Physical Facility Development Grant:

   • Objective: Construction of buildings, acquisition of books, furniture, and equipment, and development structures for extracurricular activities.

   • Student minimums for building construction:

     • Himalayan districts: 60 students
     • Hilly and Terai/inner Madhesh districts: 100 students
     • Kathmandu Valley: 140 students

   • Campuses can choose a maximum of 2 titles based on preference.

   • First-time applicants are prioritized for the extracurricular activities grant.

3. Special Grant for Community Campuses:

   • Applicable for campuses that have run for two years, have not received the regular grant.

   • Student minimums:

     • Himalayan district: 50 students
     • Hilly district: 75 students
     • Terai district: 100 students
     • Kathmandu Valley: 125 students
