School-Level Education

Plus Two Programs

Ten Plus Two (+2) Science

Students entering Grade 11 under the NEB structure must meet the required SEE-level academic criteria, including the minimum average GPA requirement for Grade 11 enrollment.

Ten Plus Two (+2) Management

The +2 Management program introduces students to basic areas of management, including accountancy, finance, office practices, marketing, business management, business administration, hotel management, and travel and tourism management.

This program supports students who plan to continue toward bachelor-level study in management-related fields.

CTEVT Diploma Programs

Pokhara United Academy offers three-year diploma programs under CTEVT. The available programs and seat capacity are:

Diploma in Civil Engineering

The Diploma in Civil Engineering is a three-year semester-based CTEVT program. It is structured across six semesters and prepares middle-level technical human resources in civil engineering. The curriculum covers civil infrastructure-related study areas, including road, irrigation, water supply, urban development, building construction, fieldwork, project work, and elective areas within civil engineering.

Diploma in Hotel Management

The Diploma in Hotel Management is a three-year semester-based CTEVT program. The course is connected with hotel and catering industry study and includes theoretical learning, demonstration, practical learning, and internship-based work. Its study areas include front office operations, housekeeping operations, food production, food and beverage service, hospitality sales and marketing, entrepreneurship development, and internship.

The program has a maximum group size of 40 students in a batch under the CTEVT curriculum structure.

Diploma in Information Technology

The Diploma in Information Technology is a three-year semester-based CTEVT program. It prepares middle-level technical human resources in IT with study areas such as programming, web technology, database management, data structure and algorithm, computer networks, operating systems, software development, cyber security, mobile application development, network and system administration, and major project work.

The program has a maximum group size of 48 students.

Admission and Eligibility

For Plus Two enrollment, students must complete Grade 10 and meet the Grade 11 admission requirements set for NEB-level study. The +2 Science and +2 Management course standards refer to a minimum average GPA of 1.6 in SEE for Grade 11 enrollment.

For CTEVT diploma admission, candidates must meet the required SEE, SLC, or Technical SLC criteria and follow the admission procedure set by CTEVT. Admission, selection, scholarship, fees, curriculum, final examination, result publication, certification, and related academic procedures for diploma programs are conducted according to CTEVT rules and regulations.
