- The minimum qualification required for the candidate
- Certificate of Proficiency level or similar in related subject from a recognized educational institution for the lower secondary level
- Passed the examination and have passed at least a bachelor's degree in a related subject for the secondary level.
- Having passed the Certificate of Proficiency in the Management Faculty for Computer Teacher or similar, diploma level training has been obtained from a government recognized institution related to computers.
- Permanent teaching license at the relevant level or upper level.
- Certified copy of Nepali citizenship.
- By the end of the filing of the application form, the age of 18 must be not less than 40 years of age.
- Candidates must submit the application form, which is approved by the municipality.
- Examination Duty Rs. 700 and Rs.1000 for secondary level Revenue branch must include the original voucher mandatory. Candidates applying for more than one advertisement will have to submit additional duties for the respective level.

- Copies of the certificate submitted in the application form must be verified by the candidate himself with the signature stating that the duplicate is correct.
