CE Construction Pvt. Ltd. founded in 1992, is a corporate holding company operational in areas of Construction, Consultancy, Construction Management, Property Development, Manufacturing, Education, Finance, Health, Hospitality, and Hydropower. The organization is looking for competent and qualified candidates for the following positions for its several upcoming Hydropower Projects.

1. Project Managers (Hydropower) - 2

Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various clients and consultants, preparing BOQ for real estate/hydropower projects, allocating and monitoring human resources, planning and monitoring CPM for new and existing projects, coordinating with site execution team and profit maximization of projects. Further, the Project Manager will also be responsible for various post-construction activities and customer relationship management.

Job Requirement:

• Must have a Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience as Project Manager and 5 years field experience in hydropower construction within Nepal
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications

2. Assistant Project Managers (Hydropower) - 2

Asst. Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the project manager, various clients and consultants, preparing BOQ for real estate/hydropower projects, allocating and monitoring human resources, planning and monitoring CPM for new and existing projects, coordinating with site execution team and profit maximization of projects. Further, Asst. The Project Manager will also be responsible for various post-construction activities and customer relationship management.

Job Requirement:

• Must have a Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience as Asst. Project Manager and 3 years of field experience in hydropower construction within Nepal
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications

3. Tunnel Engineer - 2

Tunnel Engineer will be responsible for supervising for blasting works, guiding to use the equipment for tunnel works & manage the team.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor or Diploma level with at least 7 years of experience in tunnel works Planning and managing the team.
• Knowledge about the methodology of blasting/ knowledge about explosives used for blasting.
• Knowledge about the equipment used for tunnel works.
• Good knowledge of safety

4. Senior Engineers - 2

Senior Engineer will be responsible for carrying out and delivering practical engineering solutions for assigned projects. S/he will be responsible for projects for planning, cost control, supervision, material, contract administration, quality, safety, quantity surveying, and timely delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in a residential/ commercial/ hydropower construction
• Proficiency in MS Project, other MS Office applications, and reporting skills

5. Geologist - 2

The geologist will be responsible for the study of composition, structure, and history of the earth's crust to identify and determine the sequence of processes affecting the development of the earth. S/he will be responsible for preparing geological reports and maps and interpreting research data to recommend further action for study and in site-based mobilization for site investigation/ construction supervision.

Job Requirement:

• M.Sc. Degree in Geology with minimum 5 years of work experience preferably in Hydropower Project & capable of managing tunnel works
• Should have in-depth technical knowledge in guiding the tunnel excavation as per the natural geology
• Must be willing to be located outside the valley and have strong spoken and written communication skills

6. QA/QC Senior Engineer-1

Sr. QAQC Engineer will be responsible for quality control of all the civil engineering works in the construction site and ensures the quality of the site installations is consistent with the company's policy requirements together with national and international standards and the customer's specifications.

Job Requirement:

• BE in Civil with minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field
• Implement the QA/QC management system at the site
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site subcontractors and vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site
• Coordinate with the customer's representative on all quality matters.

7. QA/QC Engineer-1

0A/QC Engineer will be responsible for quality control of all the civil engineering works in construction sites and ensures the quality of the site installations is consistent with the company's policy requirements together with national and international standards and the customer's specifications.

Job Requirement:

• BE or Diploma in Civil with minimum 1 years of work experience in a related field
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
• Verify that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits
• Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer
• Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action

8. Quantity Surveyor - 2

Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out detailed quantity estimations of different structures/ items as per drawings and rate analysis for assigned residential/ commercial buildings. S/he will be preparing Bill of Quantities of Real-estate and other construction including hydropower structure projects and estimation of the tentative material required for construction works.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of work experience in quantity surveying
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD and SINDTM/ land development shall be preferred for hydropower projects

9. Plant In charge -1

Plant In-charge will be responsible for direct and oversee daily operations and periodic maintenance and service of all the mechanical equipment, heavy equipment and vehicles present at the site. She/he must develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of work experience as Plant In charge in Hydro Power.
• Candidates Should have in-depth technical knowledge about the mechanical equipment, heavy equipment, and vehicles that are used in Hydropower.
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs

10. Electrical Engineer-1

The electrical engineer will be responsible for direct and oversee electrical engineering projects at construction sites, resolving issues and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications. Electrical site engineers also ensure that plans and work are completed according to local and national electrical codes. Additionally, electrical site engineers conduct the testing and maintenance of electrical systems.

Job Requirement:

• BE / Diploma level in Electrical with at least 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of designing the electrical system, direct electrical contractor, resolves the electrical issue.
• Develop cost estimation.
• Good knowledge of safety

11. Mechanical Engineer-1

Mechanical Engineer will be fully responsible for the service and maintenance of all the mechanical equipment, heavy equipment and vehicles present at ongoing projects. Conduct market research on spares parts, machines & vehicles. Procurement of required and genuine spares parts from the different vendors and maintaining inventory and consumption reports of spare parts.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of work experience in automobile and heavy equipment.
• Should have in-depth technical knowledge about the mechanical equipment, heavy equipment, and vehicles
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
• Proficient In Microsoft Office programs

12. Tunnel Supervisor - 6

Tunnel Supervisor will be responsible for supervising for blasting works, guiding to use the equipment for tunnel works & perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/ Intermediate level with at least 4 years of experience in tunnel works
• Knowledge about the methodology of blasting/ knowledge about explosives used for blasting.
• Knowledge about equipment's used for tunnel works
• Good knowledge of safety

13. Geomatic Engineer - 3

Geomatic Engineer will be responsible for analyzing data using plans, maps, charts and computer applications such as CAD and GIS, presenting data as required, advising about technical matters and whether the construction plans are viable, preparing survey drawings, & perform other duties as assigned.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatic Engineering
• More than or equals to 2 years of work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD and SWDTM/ land development

14. Scheduler - 2

The scheduler will be responsible for providing the overall scheduling of project activities and other administrative support to the Project Manager. S/he will also be responsible for maintaining the calendar, meetings, communicating needs, priorities, and decisions.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work and handle multiple priority tasks, work as a team player with superior interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency in M5 Office, Excel, Publisher, and web-based research.
• Proficient in MS Project scheduling software with at least 2 years experience in project monitoring using this software

15. Store Coordinator - 2

Store Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring storekeepers, material management, asset movement, documentation, asset & material reconciliation, rental charge, machinery equipment maintenance, servicing and report keeping.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
• Knowledge of storekeeping, asset management & inventory control
• Computer knowledge: MS-Word, MS-Excel

16. Store Keeper- 4

Store Keeper will be responsible for preparing, recording & maintaining materials stock information, updating about inventory status, storing the materials, keeping detailed entries of inbound & outbound materials.

Job requirement:

• Intermediate Level
• Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in a related field
• Knowledge of storekeeping, inventory control & asset management
• Computer knowledge: MS-Word, MS-Excel
• Should have experience of working in hydropower

17. HR Officer- 1

HR Officer will be responsible for preparing HR reports (Punctuality report, Attendance report, overall leave report, and others) & assist in coordinating/ executing training sessions, workshops & other events.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor degree with a specialization in HR
• More than or equals to 2 years of work experience in a related field
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
• Should be an initiator
• Excellent verbal & written communication skill
• Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.

18. Senior PR Officer- 2

Senior PR Officer will be responsible for assisting in the effective management & mobilization of the workforce, resolving internal/ external issues & perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree
• More than or equals to 2 years of work experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
