As per the decision of the Central Legal Aid Committee dated 2078-11-05, Taplejung, Ilam, Panchthar, Sankhuwasabha, Bhajpur, Tehrathum, Solukhumbu, Khotang, Udaipur, Ghading, Lalitpur, Rasuwa, Lamjung, Nawalpur, Manang, Myagdi, Mustang, Nawalparasi, Gulmi. Rukum West, Rolpa, Salyan, Surkhet, Jajarkot, Bajhang, Baitadi, Humla, Dolpa, Dailekh, Mugu, Rukum East. Applicants are invited to submit their application within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice by interested legal practitioners who have obtained a bachelor's degree from a recognized university and obtained a certificate of advocacy. The format of the application and other details will be as mentioned in the Procedure for Appointment of District Legal Aid Officer, 2075.
A copy of the following documents should be attached to the application.
(A) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
(B) Certificate of educational qualification and copy of the transcript.
(C) Copy of character certificate.
(D) Copy of Advocate Certificate.
(E) Documents confirming any association, organization working in the field of women's rights or legal aid, against violence against women, against ethnic untouchability or in the field of similar social awareness.
(F) Recommendation letter of the concerned local level to confirm the current permanent address if the address mentioned in the citizenship and the current residence address is different from the permanent address.
