Since the following vacancies in the approved posts of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) are to be filled permanently in the following posts, the employees should be appointed on contract for a maximum of one year as per Rule 4.11 of the Rules of Service and Facilities of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, 2056. This notice has been published for the eligible Nepali citizens to fill the application form through the online application form on the website of CAAN www.caanepal.gov.np within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this information.

Place of application: Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Department of Administration, Babermahal, Kathmandu.
Minimum educational qualification required:
- On behalf of the ATS group: Bachelor's degree in Science or Information Technology (IT) or Management or Engineering from a recognized educational institution or equivalent and at least 6 months basic air traffic services training from an accredited institution.
- Passed SLC or equivalent from an accredited educational institution on behalf of AFS group and received basic training on rescue and fire prevention from an institution related to civil aviation.
Last date for application: 2077-12-24 within office hours. If there is a public holiday on the last day of application, the application form can be filled up till the next day.
Type of examination:
- Written exams and interviews on behalf of the ATS group.
- Experimental test and interview on behalf of the AFS group.

- Towards ATS Group: 2077 Chaitra 26, 8:00 AM
- Towards AFS Group: 2077 Chaitra 26, 11:00 AM
Examination Center:
Head Office on behalf of ATS Group, Baber Mahal. Candidates who pass the written test will be interviewed on 2nd Baiskhakh 2078. Towards AFS Group: Tribhuvan International Airport, Fire Station, Gaucher. Interviews of the candidates who will pass the pilot test will be held on 3rd Baiskhakh 2078 BS at NEA Head Office, Baber Mahal.
Examination Fee: ATS Group's Rs. 700 (seven hundred) and Rs. 400 (four hundred) for AFS
Application form fee Rs. 100 (one hundred)
Form Fee and Examination Fee to be deposited: The amount should be deposited in account no. 0010012611500043 of this authority in any of the branch offices of NMB Bank and the voucher should be uploaded in the online application form.
Age limit: In the case of men, 18 years and not exceeding 35 years and in the case of women, 18 years and not exceeding 40 years.
Place of work: Offices under CAAN
Salary facility will be as per the rules of CAAN
The application form should be accompanied by a Certificate of Citizenship, Certificate of Educational Qualification and Certificate of Character (open age), certified copies of the basic training on Air Traffic Services or rescue and firefighting received along with a cash receipt for the application for the post.
Candidates who have passed the foreign ward and obtained educational qualifications will have to attach proof of equivalence.
