- The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has received grant assistance from the European Union to scale up the quality of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) provision and implementation in Nepal. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to Nepal's inclusive and sustainable growth through investment in human capital and by creating better employment opportunities.
- The project supports in human resource capacity development, collaborating private sector in the development of TVET system, employers involvement to develop curricula and learning materials, improving quality standards and monitoring system in TVET sector, and coordination and collaboration with national, provincial and local TVET Stakeholders.
- The project invites application from Nepali citizen for the following position;
Position: Program Coordinator -4
(Working Station: Province No. 1, 3, 5 and Karnali Province)
Minimum Qualification
Education: At least a Bachelors degree in Agriculture / Civil /Electrical Engineering and Hotel Management &Tourism or related field. Experiences, Knowledge, and Skills
Preferable: Working experience in agriculture/civil engineering /Tourism or related fields with recognized technical expertise.
- Extensive experience in the management of TVET projects at national or province
- Strong management skills including the ability to provide strategic guidance, technical oversight, mentor staff, build strong teams, develop work plans, and manage budgets and project expenditure.
- Good multi-culture and interpersonal skills, experience in networking with stakeholders at all level (Ministry, Donor, Private sector, NGOs and Local Community-based organizations.)
- Proven written, analytical, presentation and reporting skills and demonstrated computing skills.
- Experience of working in the implementation of the development projects.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Local language, preferably, bilingual.
