CWISH Vacancy for the Post of Advocacy Expert for Child Labour:

Children-Women in Social Service and Human Rights (CWISH), a non-profit organization, established in 1993 with an aim to ensure social justice. protection and promotion of human rights especially the rights of children invites applications for the post of Advocacy Expert from interested eligible candidates (Nepali Citizens only) who are reliable, accountable, and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity.

Position: Advocacy Expert for Child Labour:

Action-Research-Innovation in South and South-Eastern Asia (CLARISSA) Project

Post Type: Full time (40 hours per week)

Work Station: Kathmandu

Contract Type: Two and a half years with 3 months probationary period

Required Education and Training;

  • Master's degree in law, human rights, social studies, child rights/protection or similar qualification Master's degree in human rights law and training in rights-based advocacy desirable

Experience and Skills:

  • At least five years of dedicated work experience in the field of evidence-based advocacy and multi-stakeholder communication
  • Experience of advocacy/policy advocacy to multiple stakeholders at local and national level
  • Experience of working directly with highly vulnerable and marginalized children, adults and communities in particular child labourers.
