INF Nepal Shining Hospital Surkhet is looking for qualified and well-motivated candidates for the following posts:

1. Post Title: Fistula outreach Facilitator -3

Work Location: Province 5, 6 and 7 (one person in each province)

Purpose of the Job:

The post holder will work in a team to identify women with fistula and facilitate their referral to treatment centers and also to educate communities and community health volunteers about obstetric fistula and how it can be prevented.

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

• SLC passed or SEC with at least GPA: C with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the community including health education, socio-economic rehabilitation and working with people with disabilities. Knowledge of obstetric fistula and experience in western provinces an advantage.
• Language skills: Nepali and English, additional local languages according to the working area is an advantage.
• Story writing skill

• Good team building and communication skills.
• Willing to live and travel in a remote district or Rural Municipality.
