Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, headquartered in Butwal, Rupandehi, is a class D financial institution licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank established to operate and promote community banking in line with the mission of building an inclusive financial system.

Due to the need for some staff at various levels for the central office of the organization and the offices operating for the purpose of providing financial access to the vulnerable communities deprived of financial access through microfinance services. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to apply to the specified address within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Managerial Level: Master's or Bachelor's degree, and three years of work experience in community banking
Senior Officer: Graduated, and three years of work experience in the field of community banking
Officer / Senior Officer: Passed undergraduate level, and one-year work experience in community banking related field
Senior Assistant / Assitant: Passed proficiency certificate level, and one year work in the field related to community banking
Senior Assistant / Trainee Assistant: Passed SLC or SEE

Age Limit:

For Managerial Assistant, Senior Officer, Officer / Senior Officer - 21 Years of age completed and not exceeding 40 years of age
For Senior Assistant / Assistant and Trainee Assistant- 18 years of age completed and not exceeding 35 years

Types of Exam:

For Managerial Assistant, Senior Officer, Officer / Senior Officer - Discussion, Interview, and Presentation
For Senior Assistant / Assistant and Trainee Assistant- Discussion and Interview

Additional Information:

Locals of Parsa, Chitwan, Nawalparasi, Nabalpur, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Dang, Banke, Bardia, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Palpa, Arghakhanchi, Tanahu, Salyan, Pyuthan, Surkhet, Gulmi, and Dadeldhura districts will be given special priority.
Special priority will be given to those who have a motorcycle and driver's license.
In the case of women candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by five years.
