The International Nepal Fellowship/Nepal (INF/N) is a Christian non-government organization has worked in health services and development in the Western Regions of Nepal for more than 65 years.
INF/N, oversees three hospitals namely, Green Pastures Hospital (GPH)-Pokhara, Shining Hospital-Banke and Shining Hospital-Surkhet. Ear Centre at GPH is a very well equipped facility with an expanding patient base, a wide range of ear services, full audiological service and excellent opportunities for personal and service development. We are equipped for all forms of microscopic and endoscopic ear surgery, including laser. We also offer training courses and community ear care. GPH has an expanding range of other subspecialty and rehabilitation services.
INF GPHRC Ear Services Department is looking for a qualified and well-motivated Nepali citizen for the following post:
1. Post Title: Senior Otologist (ENT MS)
Work Location: Ear Centre, GPH, Pokhara
2. Post Title: Junior Consultant (ENT MS) Work
Location: Ear Centre, GPH, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
- Both the post holders will provide outpatient and surgical care for patients with ear disease (not general ENT) to the local and visiting population, and be involved with and support regular outreach work and training.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Both the jobs require MS in ENT with registration with Nepal Medical Council. Consultant in Otology will need to have the minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Candidates with longer-term relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Evidence of specialist training in otology.
Publication of research papers will be an advantage.
3. Post Title: Anaesthesiologist
Working Location: GPH, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
- The post holders will provide Anesthesia care for patients with ear and general to the local and visiting population, and be involved with and support regular outreach work and training and also involve developing the anesthesia department/unit.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- The job requires overall Anesthesia with registration with Nepal Medical Council. Consultant in Anesthesiology will need to have a minimum of one year of relevant work Candidates with long-term relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Evidence of specialist training in Anesthesiology
