Digital Strategist

Job Brief:

  • Analyse and interpret reports/data and use them for content development and promotion strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to increase web traffic, brand awareness, audience engagement and social media following
  • Be up-to-date on the global as well as Nepal-related trends in the digital media - content and social media - in order to formulate necessary strategies to produce relevant content and increase social media visibility of the network.
  • Understand the company's vision in terms of the content, audience reach, promotional plan and brand standing in the market and bring it to practice.
  • Stay current on social media practices and emerging trends; advise the social media team in order to strategize.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional and marketing campaigns are in sync with the trends in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a digital strategist
  • Hands-on experience using digital platforms effectively
  • Well versed in online metrics such as Google Analytics, Chartbeat, CrowdTangle, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, Basic HTML, live stream technology
  • Experience with strategic plan execution and accountability
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way

Social Media Executive

Job Brief:

Under the supervision of Social Media Specialist:

  • Oversees designated social media accounts management
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative campaigns to promote content, which increases visibility and engages the audience
  • Executes digital campaigns effectively, then prepares reports and analysis for each campaign
  • Audits and analyses social media presence and engagement
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

Requirements

  • Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Accountability in designated tasks
  • Coordinate and liaison between departments
  • Web Proficiency
  • Experience with Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience is an advantage
