Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality Seeks IT Officer on Contract
Sindhupalchok. Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Attarpur, Sindhupalchok, has published a notice to recruit an Information Technology Officer on contract service. According to the notice published on 2083/02/08, the vacant post will be filled through contract service under the Provincial and Local Governance Support Program.
Interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications must duly fill out the application form and submit it to the Administration Section of the Office of the Rural Municipal Executive within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.

According to the notice, the minimum required educational qualification must be equivalent to the minimum qualification prescribed by the Public Service Commission for the posts of Computer Engineer, Computer Officer, or Electronics and Communication Engineer at the Gazetted Third Class level, or a bachelor’s degree from a recognized educational institution in any one of the subjects related to Computer, Information and Communications Technologies, or equivalent.
The bachelor’s degree includes BIT, BIM, BBIS, BCA, BCIS, BSc.CSIT, BSc.IT, BEIT, BICTE, BICT, B.Ed.ICT, BITM, BE Electronics and Communication Engineering, or B.Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering.
The last date to submit applications has been set for 2083/02/22. If the final day for application submission falls on a public holiday, applications may be submitted on the following day.
Applicants must have completed 21 years of age and must not have exceeded 35 years. In the case of women, the age limit must not exceed 40 years, as stated in the notice.
The application fee must be paid at the Revenue Section of the Office of the Rural Municipal Executive. The examination will consist of a written examination, practical test, and interview. The examination date will be published on the rural municipality’s website.
Applicants must attach self-attested copies of Nepali citizenship, educational qualification mark sheets and character certificates, experience certificate if available, and 3 passport-size photographs with the application.
The notice states that service facilities will be as per the contract agreement, and the service contract period will remain valid until the end of Ashadh 2083.
The notice issued by the Chief Administrative Officer states that the application form and the Procedure for Mobilizing Information Technology Officers at Local Levels, 2081 are available on the rural municipality’s website: www.lisankhupakharmun.gov.np.
