Lumbini Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for 4th and 5th Level Administration Service: Province Public Service Commission Lumbini Province Advertisement of open and inclusive competitive written examination for the posts of Nepal Administration Service, General Administration Group, Assistant Level V and IV (Non-Technical) under Province Civil Service.
As demanded by the Province Government, Chief Minister and the Office of the Council of Ministers, promotion of Nepal Administrative Service, General Administration Group, Assistant Level 5th and 4th Level (Non-Technical) posts under the State Civil Service, and promotion to Internal Competition as per prevailing law. Candidates who have reached the minimum qualification can apply through the Commission's electronic application system ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np. The schedule of the first phase examination of the advertised posts will be published on 2078-07-12 through the website of the Commission.

Medium of examination: - The medium of examination (language) can be Nepali or English or both Nepali and English.
Application Fee: - The application fee for the fifth level advertisement is Rs. 500 (five hundred) will have to be submitted. In case of candidates applying for additional advertisements on behalf of the inclusive group, an additional Rs. 250 (two hundred and fifty) additional fee will have to be paid.
The application fee for the fourth level advertisement is Rs. 400 (four hundred) will have to be submitted. In case of the candidate applying for additional advertisement on behalf of an inclusive group, Rs. 200.- (Two hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.

Application Fee Submission Period: - The application fee must be submitted and uploaded within the time specified by the bank.
Method of application: - Applications can be submitted through the Commission's electronic application system ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np. Candidates submitting electronic applications should fill in all the required details such as their citizenship, minimum educational qualification certificate required for the post to be applied for, inclusive details in case of candidates applying in inclusive group All the documents should be scanned and uploaded in the specified place in JPG / PDF format by writing the ID number. Such application will not be accepted if the photocopied document is submitted or if the date and other details are not understood or if it is found to have been certified. Candidates should ensure that their personal details are correct while filling the electronic application. Candidates must mention their own mobile number and email address while filling in the details.
Last date to apply: - 2078-06-14 and double fee paid till 2078-06-22.
Age of the candidate: - Completed 18 years of age till 2078-06-14 and not exceeding 35 years (in case of male candidates) and not exceeding 40 years in case of female and disabled candidates.
Exam program before the interview and date of the interview: - Notice will be given when the result of the written exam is published.

Minimum qualification required:
For the fifth level: Not disqualified as per Section 10 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS. Also passed proficiency certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution as per Nepal Administrative Service (Formation, Group and Category Division, and Appointment) Rules, 2051 under the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS.
Note: After the implementation of the grading system, in the case of candidates who have passed the proficiency certificate level or similar examination, those who have obtained CGPA 1.6 or above will be considered as having completed the minimum qualification.
For the fourth tier: Not disqualified as per Section 10 of the Civil Service Act, 2049. Also passed the Entrance Examination (SLC) or similar from a recognized educational institution as per the Nepal Administrative Service (Formation, Group and Category Division and Dismissal) Rules, 2051 under the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS.
Note: After the implementation of the grading system, in the case of candidates who have passed SLC or similar examinations, those who have obtained GPA 2 or above will be considered as having minimum qualification.
