• Required Experience:
  For Assistant Manager:

Minimum 9 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience as Senior Officer

OR, Experience of Management Trainee in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience as Senior Officer

OR, Minimum 12 years of experience in Banking Sector with at least 2 years of experience in Managerial Level

For Deputy Manager:

Minimum 11 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience in Managerial Level

OR, Experience of Management Trainee in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience in Managerial Level

OR, Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking Sector with at least 4 years of experience in Managerial Level

For Manager:

Criteria:

For Senior Officer:

Minimum 6 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 3 years of experience in Officer Level

OR, Minimum 8 years of experience in a Banking Sector with at least 4 years of experience in Officer Level. 

For Officer:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience in Officer Level.

OR, Minimum 6 years of experience in a Banking Sector with at least 2 years of experience in Officer Level. 

For Junior Officer:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with experience of Supervisor Level

OR, Minimum 5 years of experience in a Banking Sector with at least 1 years of experience in Officer Level.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities and excellent knowledge of the required unit
• Should possess work experience related to strategy formulation and monitoring of goal achievement
• Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the required unit/ branch
• Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills

 Criteria:

• Age- Not exceeding 30 years as of August 9, 2019

• Qualification- Minimum 2^nd Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree. (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Information Technology/ Legal/ Relevant Field) from a recognized University
   
• Required Experience:

For Supervisor: Minimum 4 years of working experience in the Banking sector

For Senior Assistant: Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Banking sector

For Assistant: Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Banking sector 

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Should be accustomed to the overall functions executed in the working unit applying for
• Should be well versed with all applicable NRB Directives, prevailing laws/policies related to the working unit
• Should be acquainted with credit/operations functions of a Commercial Bank
• Should possess the capacity to supervise the assigned team

Specific criteria for Information Technology Department (Job Related):

• Qualification: Minimum 2^nd Division or CGPA greater than 2.25 in B.E. In Computer Science/Engineering or Bachelor in an Information system or Bachelor in Computer Application/ Relevant Degree from a recognized University                   

Experience required

• For Supervisor (IT): Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT related field
• For Senior Assistant (IT): Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT related field
• For Assistant (IT): Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT related field
