NEC Promotion Notice by Performance Evaluation
Nepal Engineering Council, Minbhawan, Kathmandu, (Established under Nepal Engineering Council Act, 2055), Notification for filling the application form for promotion through performance evaluation.
Based on the approval of the Public Service Commission dated 2082/06/09 and the decision of the Recruitment Committee on the same date, it has been decided to fill the vacant posts of the Council through promotion by performance evaluation.
Therefore, employees who are currently holding a post one level below the post to be applied for, under the related service/group, and who meet the required service period and minimum educational qualifications as per the Employee Service, Terms, and Facilities Regulation, 2078, are invited to submit the duly completed application form to the Administration Section of the Nepal Engineering Council office within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
Applications that do not meet the prescribed requirements will not be processed.

Important Notes

Performance evaluation will be calculated up to the end of Ashad, Fiscal Year 2081/82.

Examination Fee:

Level 8: NPR 1,500

Officer Level 6: NPR 1,000
The prescribed fee must be deposited in Nepal Rastra Bank, Naxal, Kathmandu, Account No. 11601010001093001 in the name of Nepal Engineering Council.

The deadline will not be extended even if the 30th day from the date of publication falls on a public holiday.

Eligible employees must obtain the form from the Council office or download it from the website www.nec.gov.np under “downloads,” complete it, and submit it along with the required documents.

All documents submitted must be clear, unambiguous, and verifiable.

Applications that are not submitted within the deadline, do not meet the minimum educational qualifications, do not include all required details, or do not have the required fee paid will not be accepted.

Matters not mentioned in this notice will be governed by the Council’s regulations.

Applications found to be improperly accepted may be canceled at any time by the Recruitment Committee.
