Nepal Liquors Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing liquor industry having leading and successful brands under its umbrella-like Signature Premier Whisky, Signature Rare Whisky, Antiquity Blue Whisky, McDowell's No. 1 Whisky, McDowell's No. I Celebration Rum, Blue Ribband Gin, and many more. Nepal Liquors Pvt Ltd. is currently seeking an energetic, passionate and self-motivated candidate to join us as:

1. Post: AGM (Asst. General Manager) - Production

Location: TankiSinwari, Biratnagar              

Salary: As per Company policy

Required Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

  • Bachelor I Master's Degree in Food and Technology.
  • 10 years of experience in Production in FMCG (Beverages), preferably experience in the liquor industry.
  • Expert analysis on wet goods-Blend/ENA/Special Spirits/Food Flavors etc.
  • Expert on Sensory Evaluation of raw materials and finished products.
  • Analysis of CarameVDM Water/Raw water/Caustic soda and Ha/Laboratory Chemicals.
  • Ability to maintain the calibration and validation technique of all the laboratory equipment used at the site.
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on Finished Product Specifications.
  • Monitor Batch Production Records and Batch Packaging Records.
  • Implementation of 5S, KAIZEN & Continuous Improvement related to Cost, Quality, Safety, and Related Processes.
  • Creative and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas

2. Post: Chief - Sales & Marketing

Location: Corporate Office, Kathmandu         

Salary: As per Company policy

Required Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

  • MBA or PG Diploma in Management
  • 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG (Beverages), preferably experience in Liquor Industry.
  • Rich knowledge about Sales systems, Processes, Strategy &Procedures.
  • Should be able to the device and execute the Sales & Brand Strategy in short as well as long term.
  • Should be able to motivate and drive the Sales & Marketing team for various key KPIs and initiatives
  • High Attention to detail and quick & Data-based decision making
  • Passionate about maintaining high and transparent SOPs &other processes.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills & influencing skills
  • Self-driven and should be able to drive the team
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Should have visibility to Good and latest industry practices
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
