Internal competition and advertisement of competitive written exams in open and inclusive positions

With the consent of the Public Service Commission, the internal competition for vacant posts under this authority has to be fulfilled through competitive written examination in open/inclusive positions.
1. Type of Exam: Written and Interviewed
2. Type of service: Permanent
3. The age limit of the candidate: At the last date of the application, the age of the candidate should be 18 years in favor of the Assistant level and 21 years in favor of the official level should not exceed 35 years in the case of a male. But for women and persons with disabilities, the age of 40 years must be less.
4. Deadline to apply: Within 21 days from the date this notice was first published and double 7 days in case of double fees.
5. Application Fees:

6. Application form and submission site: The application form should be downloaded and printed in 4 size paper and submitted to the office of Shrikunj Bhavan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Human Resource Development and Internal Administration.

8. Salary and Facility: As per the rules of the Authority.
9. Trial Period: There will be one year for male employees and six months for female employees.
10. Other Terms and Conditions: The employees of the Nepal Telecommunication Authority (Terms of Service) will be in accordance with the Regulations, 2076.

Note:
The written examination of these posts will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.
Required minimum qualification
(A) For internal competition
Employees of the Nepal Telecommunication Authority (Terms of Service) have completed at least five years of service term in a post below the rank promoted in accordance with Regulation 42 of the 2073 Regulation. But women, Adivasis, and Janajati, Madhesi, Dalits, persons with disabilities and backward areas, who are born and settled permanently, can be a potential candidate even if the service period is less than one-year service limit.
Minimum Qualification Required for Open Competition:
A. Assistant Director, Official Tertiary, Administration Services, Administration Teaching Institutes and received basic training related to the computer by completing at least postgraduate level or the like.
B. Come Received at least a Masters degree in Accounting, Management or Commerce from a recognized teaching institute for Assistant Director, Official Tertiary, Administration Services, Financial Administration Group and received basic computer-related training.
C. The Assistant Director, Official Tertiary, Administration Services, passed at least a postgraduate level in law subject from recognized educational institutes, and obtained a Certificate of Advocacy from the Nepal Law Professionals Council and received basic computer training.
D. Assistant Director, Higher Tertiary, Technical Service, Teaching Institute for Engineering Group, Post Graduate and Post Graduate Degree in Computer, Information Technology and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunications, Radio Broadcasting and Radio Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering with major subjects.
E. Assistant, Assistant First, Administration Services, Administration Teaching Institutes and received basic training related to a computer by completing at least a minimum level or similar in any subject.

Additional documents that applicants should submit:
A) On the basis of the list of tribes listed in the Nepal Indigenous / Janajati Upliftment National Establishment Act, but in the caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi / Janajati Upliftment National Establishment Act, if there is more than one name within the caste, it is listed within the caste listed by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body. To be submitted with the application certified as Okay.
B) In the case of Madheshi, the Government of Nepal shall publish the information in the Nepal Gazette on the basis of the certifying Madhesi from the body as specified, but on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body, after publishing the information in the Nepal Gazette, a request must be submitted with the certiorari by the Chief District Officer.
C. On the basis of the same list in the case of caste, which is listed by the National Dalit Commission in the case of Dalits, but if there are more than one level within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, the application should be submitted with certifying the name of the caste listed by the Chief District Officer.
