Post	Basic Criteria
Medical Director	MD, MS, or equivalent (postgraduate degree in Medical science) preferably with hospital Healthcare Management qualification, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital healthcare management.
Company Secretary	A professional certificate holder with a national/ international license to practice as a Company Secretary with 2 years of relevant work experience or at least a bachelor degree holder in Law, Management Ccmunerce or Economics with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
