Front Office Manager (Expert) Job Description
Omstone Asia Capital Nepal Pvt. Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Front Office Manager for its Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Front Office operations, including maximizing revenue through outstanding guest services and Front Office Management. The Front Office Manager will provide leadership and strategic planning to Front Office in support of the service culture, maximizing operations and guest satisfaction.
As a Front Office Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing the Hotel Front Office Team and financials to deliver an excellent guest experience. The candidate will also need to manage between outstanding guest satisfaction standards and revenue generation.
Prerequisites for the Front Office Manager (Expert)
The ideal candidate must be a seasoned and highly experienced hotel professional with outstanding management skills, extensive hands-on experience in pre-opening and should be fluent in Thai and English language. The candidate must be available to work as the Front Office Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements
The candidate must have at least Higher Secondary education and excellent computer system skills. Additionally, the candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in the Thai-hospitality industry with a clear track record of opening, managing, or pre-opening hotels with significant luxury and international experience as at least Front Office Manager.
