Prabhu Urja Krishi Paryatan Bikas Limited and its sister limited companies seeking to recruit a competent, determined, self-motivated, result-oriented, dynamic candidates for the following position based in Kathmandu for its Corporate Division. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
Position: Legal Officer
Require Post Number: 1 (One)
Minimum Requirements :
Age: Below 45 Years
Education :
- Must have completed LLB/ BA LLB or equivalent with a practicing license from Nepal Bar Council and also registered in Nepal Notary Public Council.
Experience :
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization/ Law firm. Knowledge/Abilities :
- Must have a working knowledge of Nepalese Corporate Law, Contractual Law, and related Laws.
- Sharp knowledge of Nepalese Law and excellent legal documentation skills in English and Nepali language. Fluent in Nepali typing.
- Knowledge of the court's processes and
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must possess a vehicle and a valid driving license.
