| 1. Position: Engineering Manager - 01 |
Candidate should be responsible to manage all aspects of maintenance staff on a daily basis. Directs, coordinates and performs routine, preventive and emergency maintenance of plant and machine and repairs to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of hotel operations. Directs the engineering staff and carryout accounting/budgeting, asset protection, and inventory control. Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from a reputed institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience in 4/S-star hotels in the engineering department in a similar role as an engineering manager.
| 2. Position: Sous Chef (Indian/Chinese Cuisine) - 02 |
Candidates having a pleasant personality and should be able to manage the production independently in all operations as well as administrative aspects and solid food preparation in the Indian/ Chinese section from conception to execution. BHM or Diploma with minimum 2/3 years of similar experience in Indian/Chinese cuisine or 8-10 years' experience in a 5/4-star international chain hotel in a similar role as Sous Chef.
