Save the Children Vacancy for Technical Manager and Senior Project Coordinator:

1. Technical Manager Child Poverty

Required No. (s): 1 (One)
Term & Location: Fixed-term; based Surkhet under Mid Far West Field Office (MFWFO)
Brief Description:

Responsible for ensuring high-quality child-focused child poverty reduction programs reaching the most vulnerable and deprived communities; the position will provide technical oversight to all Child Poverty reduction programs/projects and activities and staff at the province and Palika Levels of M&FWFO

Eligibility:

Master's degree preferably in Agriculture/ Agriculture Economics /Forestry or related disciplines with minimum 7 years (5 years for GSI group) in child poverty or relevant field, especially food security and livelihoods, agriculture value chain development and marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position

2. Senior Project Coordinator - Education

Required No. (s): 1 (One)
Term & Location: Fixed-term; based Chamunda Bindrasaini Dailekh under Mid Far West Field Office (MFWFO)
Brief Description:

Overall responsible for providing technical and managerial leadership for "Learning Never Stops- Helping Children to Learn at Home and Safely Return to School" funded project by CISCO in close coordination with the SC Italy funded integrated project

Eligibility:

Master's degree in Education / Management / Sciences or equivalent or related disciplines and with a minimum of 5 years (3 years for GSI groups) of relevant experiences in related field especially in a managerial role including grants management (preferable)

3. Senior Project Coordinator - Integrated

Required No. (s): 1 (One)
Term & Location: Fixed-term; based Aathbis Municipality Dailekh under Mid Far West Field Office (MFWFO)
Brief Description:

Responsible for providing strategic and managerial leadership of Integrated 'KIRAN' Project funded by Save the Children Italy; oversight YEBP project Implemented in Dailekh and Partnership management for both YEBP and KIRAN project is one of the key roles for this position

Eligibility:

Master's degree in Management/Social development or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 5 years (3 years for GSI groups) of relevant experience in child rights-based project management and implementation and experience of working closely with the government will be an added advantage

*GS1 group includes Female, Dalit, Madhesi, People with Disabilities, and other indigenous / minorities
