Soaltee Hotel Limited (the 'Company) is a stock listed Public Limited Company, Pioneering in Hospitality owns and operates The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury Free Star Hotel is seek­ing to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result-oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu for its Corporate Division. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER LEGAL Post - 1

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

AGE: Below 40 Years

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• Must have completed BALLS / LLB, Master Degree in Law (U.M) preferable around 5-7 years of relevant experience In a reputed organization or law firm. Preference will be given to those having specialization in Corporate Law.

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

• Must have a working knowledge of National and International practices in Corporate Law. Com­mercial Law and other Corporate Laws
• Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Nepali
• Should handle corporate legal matters, labour law-related matters. and opinions on the legal issues and ability to implement changes in Policies / Processes in accordance with the corre­sponding laws.
• Sharp knowledge of concern Nepalese Law and excellent legal documentation, drafting/vetting contractual agreements, petitions, applications. and corresponding letter drafting skills In English as well as Nepali Language.
• Ability to coordinate with external Lawyers / Legal Advisors, and evaluating and proposing dis­ciplinary action in cases of the employee. coordinate Legal Department With Associates Companies.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, all types of agreement drafting/negotiation application drafting In accordance with Laws of Nepal and international legal standard practice and frame work.
