Sunchhahari Rural Municipality Announces Vacancies for Various Contract Positions

Sunchhahari Rural Municipality, located in Pobang, Rolpa District, has invited applications for the recruitment of employees to various positions on a contract basis through open competition.

The Rural Municipal Executive Office published a vacancy notice on Kartik 16, 2083 BS (2083/07/16), inviting applications for five different positions.

According to the rural municipality, the recruitment will be conducted in accordance with the "Procedures for Managing Human Resources on a Contract Basis in Sunchhahari Rural Municipality, 2080."

Application Deadline and Procedure

Interested and eligible Nepali citizens must submit their applications in the prescribed format to the Rural Municipal Office, Pobang, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice.

Applicants must complete the application form prescribed by the rural municipality and attach photocopies of their citizenship certificate, educational qualification certificates, and experience certificates.

The notice states that applications that do not meet the prescribed requirements will not be accepted.

Vacancy Details

The rural municipality has announced the following five positions:

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants for all positions must not be disqualified under prevailing laws. The educational and professional qualifications prescribed for each position are as follows:

A. Health Assistant (HA)

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in General Medicine or Health Assistant (HA) course from a recognized educational institution or the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).

• Must have permanent registration or valid temporary registration in Grade B with the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC).

• Must meet the qualifications prescribed by the Lumbini Province Public Service Commission for the Assistant Fifth Level position under the Health Service, Health Inspection Group.

B. Livestock Service Technician

Applicants must meet one of the following educational qualification requirements:

• Must have passed I.Sc. Agriculture (Animal Science) from a recognized educational institution; or

• Must have passed SLC/SEE/TSLC and completed a diploma in Agriculture with a major in Animal Science of at least three years' duration; or

• Must have studied the JTA (Animal Science) course and passed the one-year JTA (Animal Science) course.

Applicants must also meet the qualifications prescribed by the Lumbini Province Public Service Commission for the Assistant Fifth Level position under the Agriculture Service, La.Po.De.De. Group.

C. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM)

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must have passed the Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) course or completed the TSLC/Pre-Diploma in ANM from a recognized educational institution.

• Must be registered with the Ayurveda Medical Council and possess a permanent or valid temporary registration certificate from the Nepal Nursing Council.

• Must meet the qualifications prescribed by the Lumbini Province Public Service Commission for the Fourth Level position under the Health Service, Public Health Nursing Group.

D. Assistant Livestock Service Technician

Applicants must meet the following educational requirements:

• Must have passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and completed JTA training in Animal Science; or

• Must have passed TSLC or an equivalent qualification with Agriculture as a subject.

Applicants must also meet the qualifications prescribed by the Lumbini Province Public Service Commission for the Assistant Fourth Level position under the Agriculture Service, La.Po.De.De. Group.

E. Assistant Animal Health Technician

Applicants must meet one of the following educational requirements:

• Must have passed SLC/SEE from a recognized educational institution and completed JTA training in Animal Science; or

• Must have passed TSLC/TSEE or an equivalent qualification with Agriculture as a subject.

The position falls under the Agriculture Service of the Lumbini Province Public Service Commission.
