The Leprosy Mission Nepal (TLMN) is a local NGO working in partnership with the Government of Nepal (GoN) to provide specialist tertiary care and technical support for leprosy control programmes.
The Leprosy Mission Nepal would like to engage the services of a reputable and technically qualified individual or organization with extensive expertise in labor market analyses, management and organizational development to undertake the salary' survey process. TLMN therefore hereby solicits proposals from interested individuals or organization to conduct a salary survey and support TLMN in establishing a revised and reasonable salary' scale for TLMN Staffs based on the latest prevailing market rates and in accordance with the procedures provided by TLMN.
QUALIFICATION: Education and Experience
For an individual consultant : PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, OR advanced university degree (master's Degree OR) in management, I Inman Resource or related fields and a minimum of 5 years of related experience is required. The consultant must demonstrate a good familiarity, understanding and knowledge of operational system for salary benchmarking and Nepal Government relevant rules and regulation.
