
CTEVT Full-Fee Health Program Admission Notice 2082
Online Application Notice for Admission in Full-Fee Health Programs (Diploma and Certificate Level). The Examination Control Office of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, publishes this notice regarding the online application form for the admission process under the full-fee quota in diploma and certificate-level (PCL) health programs for the academic year 2082/83.
Admission Details and Institutional Approval
For diploma and certificate level programs in the health stream conducted under CTEVT for academic year 2082/83:

The seat allocations are based on the letter issued by the Medical Education Commission, Dispatch No. 03, dated 2082-04-02.

Approval has been granted as per the letter from the Affiliation and Accreditation Division, Dispatch No. 40, dated 2082-04-04.

Further reference is made to the letter from the Polytechnic Division, Dispatch No. 3536, dated 2082-03-04.
According to the above documents, affiliated, partnership, and private institutions that have received approval to conduct various health programs must follow the “Diploma and Certificate Level Trainee Selection, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines, 2082” issued by the Examination Control Office.

Required Minimum Educational Qualifications
This section outlines the minimum educational qualifications required to enroll in diploma and certificate-level health programs conducted by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) for the academic year 2082/83.
(a) For Examinations Conducted Before Implementation of the Grading System
Certificate Level Nursing / Midwifery Program
Must have passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution with compulsory Mathematics, English, and Science subjects.
The student must have passed:

Either in the second division

Or obtained at least 45% in aggregate

Or passed a related Technical SLC / Pre-Diploma level program conducted by CTEVT with at least 68.33% aggregate marks.
Certificate Level Health Programs (Other than Nursing / Midwifery)

Must have passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized institution with Mathematics, English, and Science as compulsory subjects.

Or, must have passed the related Technical SLC / Pre-Diploma level program conducted by CTEVT with a minimum aggregate of 68.33%.
(b) For Examinations Conducted After Implementation of the Grading System
Diploma / Certificate Level Health Programs

Must have passed SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution with compulsory English, Mathematics, and Science subjects.

The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 2.0 GPA out of 4.0 in the aggregate.

Or, passed the related Technical SLC / Pre-Diploma level program conducted by CTEVT with at least 68.33% in total aggregate.
(c) Additional Provision for Technical Stream Candidates
Students who have passed the Pre-Diploma level or Grades 9–10 Technical Stream (or equivalent) can only pursue further studies in programs related to their previous field of study.
Note: For any diploma or certificate-level program not listed above, the admission qualifications shall be as determined by the respective curriculum.
Application Deadline
Eligible individuals interested in applying for the approved programs and quotas under the full-fee category must:

Submit the online application form properly through the ITMS online system of the Examination Control Office.

Apply by 2082-04-25.
Selection and Merit Criteria

Applicants must have passed SEE/SLC/Pre-Diploma/Technical SLC level.

Selection will be based on the total marks obtained in the submitted academic qualifications and the type of school from which the applicant graduated.

Admission recommendation will be made based on merit order as per Section 6 of the Admission Guidelines.
