Rajarshi Janak University (RJU), Entrance Examination Operation and Result Publication Committee-2083, Office of the Dean, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha, has published a notice regarding the submission of entrance examination application forms.

The university has informed that online application forms have been opened for the entrance examination for new admission in the academic session 2083/084 BS in the following academic programs under the Faculty of Humanities and Law, Faculty of Management, and Faculty of Science, Technology and Engineering at constituent and affiliated campuses of Rajarshi Janak University.

Programs and Eligibility Conditions for Admission

Faculty of Humanities and Law

Program: Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree with a minimum of 45 percent in aggregate or CGPA 1.8 on a scale of 4, with “D” grade in each subject.

Program: Bachelor in Mithila Arts (BMA)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree with a minimum of 35 percent in aggregate or CGPA 1.8 on a scale of 4, with “D” grade in each subject.

Program: Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree with a minimum of 35 percent in aggregate or CGPA 1.8 on a scale of 4, with “D” grade in each subject.

Program: Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Laws (BALLB)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent with a minimum of 50 percent marks or a C+ grade from a recognized educational institute.

Faculty of Management

Program: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree with a minimum of 45 percent in aggregate or CGPA 1.8 on a scale of 4, with “D” grade in each subject.

Program: Bachelor in Digital Business Management (BDBM)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree with a minimum of 45 percent in aggregate or CGPA 1.8 on a scale of 4, with “D” grade in each subject.

Faculty of Science, Technology and Engineering

Program: Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree passed in mathematics or computer science with a minimum “C” grade and 45 percent in aggregate or CGPA 1.8 on a scale of 4, with “D” grade in other subjects. Or, three-year Diploma in second division or equivalent from CTEVT with Mathematics or Computer Science.

Program: Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BE Civil)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree passed in Science stream, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, with a minimum of second division in aggregate or CGPA 2 on a scale of 4.

Program: Bachelor of Science, Computer and Information Technology (BSc CSIT)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree passed in Science stream, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, with a minimum of second division in aggregate or CGPA 2 on a scale of 4.

Program: Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSc Ag)
Eligibility condition: +2 Level or equivalent degree passed in Science/Agriculture stream, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Diploma in Plant Science, Animal Science, Forestry, with a minimum second division in aggregate or CGPA 2 on a scale of 4, with “C” grade in each subject.

Entrance examination dates: 2083/04/16 BS and 2083/04/17 BS

Examination Centers

The examination center will be the concerned campus. However, for BE Civil, the examination will be held at Gaushala Engineering Campus, Mahottari; University Campus, Janakpurdham; and Tech AI Campus, Baneshwar.
