West Seti College (पश्चिम सेती कलेज, कैलाली) was established in 2013 A.D. (2070 BS) as a community-based academic institution located in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, Dhangadhi, Taranagar, Kailali, Sudurpaschim Province of Nepal.
