Communication Skills

Communication Skills includes two compulsory courses:

• General Nepali

• General English

Professional Core Areas

Professional Core Areas include four courses:

• Philosophical and Sociological Foundations of Education

• Educational Psychology

• Curriculum and Evaluation

• One elective course from Instructional Technology, ICT in Education, or ICT in Specialized Subject

Specialization Major

Students select one specialization major area under the Faculty of Education structure. The TU B.Ed. framework includes specialization major courses across the four academic years.

Specialization Minor

Students also select one specialization minor area. The minor subject must be different from the specialization major. In the TU B.Ed. structure, students majoring in Science Education with Physical Science select Biology as the minor subject.

Teaching Internship / Practicum

Teaching Internship / Practicum carries 100 full marks and is included in the B.Ed. course structure. It is part of the annual-system program framework.

Admission Process
