Ektappa Multiple Campus, located in Phakphokthum-7, Ilam, was established in 2012 AD (2069 BS) with a clear objective: to provide accessible higher education to students in rural and semi-urban areas.
The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program offered here is affiliated with Tribhuvan University and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Nepal.
This four-year annual-based program is designed to prepare secondary-level teachers with in-depth knowledge in two subject areas—one major and one minor specialization.

Graduates are eligible to teach at the secondary level in both private and government schools. They can also pursue further studies in education, such as M.Ed. or other specialized fields.
