Curriculum:

  • Students will learn to prepare and produce pastries, cakes, and yeast goods.

  • Students will learn to prepare and present gateaux, torte, and cakes.
  • The curriculum will cover preparing desserts to meet specialist dietary requirements, and planning patisserie operations.

  • +2 Pass or fail students who do not wish to study academic courses for many years can apply.
