The Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in Nursing at Khwopa Polytechnic Institute (KPTI), Chyamhasingh, Bhaktapur, is a three-year academic program affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).

KPTI provides scholarships to academically strong and financially disadvantaged students. Four seats are reserved for scholarships based on CTEVT and institutional policies, with additional support for top-performing students in subsequent academic years.
