The final evaluation of BBS students is conducted through the annual examination by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University.
Students must maintain at least 70 percent attendance in the classes actually held to qualify for the annual examinations. A student is not allowed to appear in the second-year final examination without first appearing in the first-year final examination.
The annual examination grading system follows division-based results. Third Division requires 35 percent, Second Division requires 45 percent, First Division requires 60 percent, and Distinction requires 75 percent.
