The Diploma in Pharmacy at Nepal Technical Institute, Janakpurdham, follows the CTEVT syllabus for dispensing practice, pharmaceutical calculations, dosage forms, and basic pharmacology.

Internal assessments, practical examinations, project or case work, and CTEVT board examinations form the evaluation process.
Students maintain lab books and standard templates for prescriptions and stock records. Successful candidates are awarded the CTEVT diploma in Pharmacy.
Graduates may work in community or hospital pharmacies under supervision, support inventory control, and assist with patient counseling.
Some join pharmaceutical distributors in basic roles. Further study options include bachelor-level pharmacy or related health sciences (as per university norms).
