This TSLC-level program at Nepal Technical Institute, Janakpurdham, follows the CTEVT structure for entry-level civil works. Graduates receive the CTEVT TSLC certificate upon passing all components.
Graduates may work as civil assistants, site record keepers, and measurement helpers in contractors’ teams and municipal works. Many continue to the diploma level based on interest and eligibility.
