Second Year (500 marks): Business Communication, Macroeconomics for Business, Cost & Management Accounting, Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management, Fundamentals of Financial Management. The mix strengthens communication, cost control, people management, and finance decisions.

Third Year (500 marks): Business Law, Foundation of Financial Systems, Business Environment and Strategy, Taxation in Nepal, Fundamentals of Marketing. The set introduces legal context, financial architecture, strategy, tax rules, and core marketing thinking.

Fourth Year (500 marks): Entrepreneurship; Concentration I–III (choose one stream from Accounting/Finance/Management/Marketing); Business Research Methods (50); Final Project (50).
