Food Processing Technology Training Program in Kathmandu - Professional Development Opportunity in Food Technology

The Food Technology and Quality Control Department (FTQCD), under the Government of Nepal's Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, is proud to announce a specialized training program designed to cultivate the skills of entrepreneurs and businesspersons in the food processing sector. This program is part of the ongoing efforts to support industry growth and individual competency within this vital division of Nepal's economy.

Training Program Highlights

  • Educational Criteria: Candidates must have completed their SLC/SEE or hold an equivalent educational standing.
  • Documentation Required: Applicants are to provide a certified copy of their citizenship documentation and educational certificates. Those with a registered or licensed food processing operation must also submit proof of their business status.
  • Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by Sunday, 27th Falgun 2080.
  • Interview Schedule: Interviews are slated for Tuesday, 29th Falgun 2080, from 11 AM to 2 PM.
  • Result Announcement: Outcomes of the selection process will be communicated on Wednesday, 30th Falgun 2080.
  • Training Start Date: The program is set to commence on Thursday, 1st Chaitra 2080.
