NSSF Concludes ISF Sports Teachers Training Course
Kathmandu, 2082 Magh 12 - The ISF Sports Teachers Training Course organized by the Nepal School Sport Federation (NSSF) concluded on Monday.
The four-day training was held at Premier International IB Continuum School in Satdobato, in collaboration with the International School Sport Federation (ISF). A total of 205 participants attended the training. ISF Executive Member and NSSF General Secretary Rajkumar Karki informed that 178 participants passed.
General Secretary Karki stated that the training was organized to enhance the professional competence of sports teachers and coaches working at the school level.
According to him, the training covered the following areas:

Sports coaching science

Sports kinesiology and biomechanics

Sports medicine and physiotherapy

Sports management
-
Child psychology
-
Doping control
-
Safety-related issues in sports
Certificates were distributed to the participants during a program by National Sports Council Executive Committee Member Ranjana Pradhan, NSSF President Binod Shrestha, Nepalaya International President Subas Chandra Pradhan, Premier Principal Sama Chhetri, and PABSON Deputy General Secretary Bhuvanlal Shrestha, among others.
